4 DC (1GHz) probe arms with triax connectors and two RF (-67 GHz) with 1.85 mm connectors.
Grounded or triax connected chuck for biasing.
 

Maximum allowed voltages as per Lake-Shore: 60 V DC, 30 Vrms AC

The probe station does not have safety interlocks, current limits or an earth safety ground system that would support safe operation above these limits. Non-compliance could result in permantent damage to the probe station and/or a life-threatening hazard to the operator and anybody in the vicinity.
